Technical features of 8800 reflow oven:
1. Computer + Siemens PLC intelligent control system, with a high temperature control precision of ±2°C (can work offline without affecting production in case of computer crashes), ensuring the stability and reliability of the control system;
2. Windows operating interface, powerful and easy to operate;
3. The upper furnace body opening adopts an electric push rod automatic lifting mechanism to ensure safety and reliability;
4. Equipped with a mesh belt tensioning device, ensuring smooth, non-vibrating, and non-deforming transportation, guaranteeing smooth PCB transportation; Synchronous guide rail transmission mechanism (can be connected online with fully automatic placement machines), ensuring precise guide rail width adjustment and long service life;
5. All heating zones are controlled by the computer using PID control (upper and lower temperature zones are independently controlled, and can be opened separately. Zone heating can be used to reduce start-up power);
6. The mesh belt transmission is fully closed-loop controlled by the computer, which can meet the simultaneous production of different types of PCBs;
7. It has a fault sound and light alarm function;

12. Integrated control window, computer switches, test curves, print curves, and transmission data can be easily operated, with a user-friendly design. Equipped with a three-channel temperature curve online testing system, which can detect the actual temperature curve of the soldering object at any time (no need for a separate temperature curve tester);

Special pressurized air circulation structure and special-shaped heating wire design, noise-free, vibration-free, with a very high heat exchange rate, and a very small temperature difference △t between the bottom of the components and the PCB board, which is most in line with the strict requirements of lead-free processes, especially for lead-free products with high difficulty soldering requirements.
