Features:
1. This machine selects the intelligent level sirocco and rapid infrared heating technology controlling, equipped with special design wind wheel, speed stability and uniform temperature, suit for uninterrupted soldering the LED and BGA components.
2. This machine is equipped with the crawler-type and five temperature area heating systems, and each temperature area uses independent PID controlling and up-down heating type, can make the inside temperature more accurate and well-proportioned, just take about 20 minutes can let it heat up to the working temperature from the room temperature.
3. Intelligent temperature wave heating type, oversized capacity wave selection, have eight temperature waves can satisfy various welding technological requirements.
4. Use programmable technology, preset the temperature wave memory storage function, can complete the whole welding process automatically according to your presetting wave.
5. Adopt the thermocouple temperature measurement and add the compensation circuit, make the temperature measurement more accurate, the wave more perfect.
6. Use PID intelligent temperature control technology; make the temperature control more accurately. Adopt the imported large current solid-state relay non-contact output can effectively avoid the IC or circuit board damage due to the rapid or uninterrupted warming up, make the whole welding process more scientific safety.
7. Transmission system adopt imported frequency conversion motor, PID closed-loop speed, equip with all the import 1:150 turbine speed reducer, smooth operation, speed adjustable range 0-1600mm/min.
8. Adopt independent wheel structure and special stainless steel strut, durable wear-resisting runs smoothly, speed precision can reach ±10mm/min.

Note:
1. The machine must be grounded.

4. Do not place near flammable dangerous goods present reflow machine.
5. Do not reach into the normal working reflow machine.
6. Do not put foreign objects in the online transmission.
Routine maintenance:
1. Keep the cabinet clean.
2. Check the fan sleeve is loose.
3. Check the fan and electric motor.
4. Are there abnormal sound, check the fan drive is flexible.
5. Check out whether there are foreign objects blocking the vent.
6. Check the transmission belt is too loose.
7. Check whether there is abnormal sound electrical power box.
8. Check the transmission parts are loose and abnormal sound.
9. To check the machine before starting the operating voltage is within the safe range or is stable, in order to ensure safe operation of the components may be normal. Also check the power and check the various parameters are the same when the last shutdown. Do not allow the shutdown to stop the conveyor belt in the machine is still at a high temperature to avoid conveyor belt at high temperatures accelerate aging, it is best to let the machine temperature is lowered again to stop the conveyor belt.
10. Lubricate the drive wheel, with a high temperature lubricant smear every two months.
11. Operation of the machine the motor speed at a high temperature long term, be less than twice a week Add thereto WHEEL temperature oil to maintain its smooth functioning.
12. Clean the sticky and motor in a variety of residue on the blades, so as not to cause a short circuit aging or burn fan.
13. When the machine uses a three-phase five-wire system, the machine must be grounded.
