Description:
CHMT48VA and CHMT48VB difference is 48VA has 29pcs feeders(left side), 48VB has 58pcs feeders(right side). They are Charmhigh's classic models, very relaible and popular.
1. The operation system is independent researched by ourselves, very reliable and easy operation, it can install more different kinds of materials, using 502---507 different kinds of Juki nozzles, suitable for 0402,0603,0805-5050, SOP,QFN,LQFP144,Diode,Transistor,BGA...etc, which can meet more customers' demand. It is your good helper!
2. They both have double CCD vision cameras, which can auto calibrate the offset for all different kinds of component and ICs, auto correction of pick position and angle. It is industry camera with high accuracy taking image of pins of IC, to make sure the accuracy. Calibrate two component of offset and rotation for a PCB.
3. They are all-in-one machine, rooms-saved, no need other exteral air source or computer or screen.
4. They are using CLOSED-LOOP MOTION CONTROL SYSTEM
it can be four-axis linkage, move faster and smoothly. Both nozzle can working together, not single nozzle working any more. Support single step. X,Y axis encoder installed, never lose step. Flexible S accelerate and decelerate, make sure high speed placement working perfect.

9. Comes iwth vacuum testing, with automatic feeding; if one component suck crooked, it will automatically throw it to the feed zone, then pick a new one to mount again.
10. If lack material it will automatic detection, machine will alarm and stop; after supply material, then continue working, no need to re-start.
