High-end dual TC06 pick and place machines SMT assembly line for efficient PCBA manufacturing. Upgrade your electronics manufacturing with our dual TC06 fully-automatic SMT production line, featuring two Charmhigh TC06 6-head pick and place machines working in tandem for maximum throughput and efficiency.

Each TC06 delivers an optimal mounting speed of 27,800 CPH with ±0.03mm placement accuracy and CPK≥1.0 process capability, ensuring stable, repeatable quality for high-mix PCB assembly. (27800CPH+27800CPH=55600CPH).

This complete SMT line includes dual 6-head mounting systems with automatic nozzle changers (19-hole nozzle library), 50 NXT electric feeder slots per machine, and advanced vision systems with 6 fly cameras, 1 IC camera, and 2 Mark cameras per unit.

The narrow 890mm width design fits standard elevators and compact factory floors, enabling flexible dual-machine deployment without facility modifications. The integrated cast iron frame structure, smart thermal compensation, and auto-calibration ensure long-term precision stability, even in 24/7 production environments.
